LEGAL VENUE, GENERAL, AND CONTACT INFORMATION

This Agreement is governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of Maryland without respect to its conflict of laws provisions. Jurisdiction for any claims arising under this Agreement shall lie exclusively with the state or federal courts located in Rockville, Maryland and you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for any cause of action arising out of this Agreement.

If any provision of this Agreement, or the application thereof to any person or circumstances, is found to be invalid or for any reason, unenforceable by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity or unenforceability of such provision shall not affect the validity and application of the remaining provisions of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect
